The collection consists of a resolution of the Clark County Rifles on the death of Capt. Isaac S. Vincent dated Sept. 28, 1861, seven certificates of merit (in Latin, Chemistry, French, Natural Philosophy, and Astronomy, Mathematics, Ethics and Metaphysics, and Belles Lettres) to T. P. Vincent, Univ. of Ga, of the junior class, August 5, 1874, four certificates of proficiency (in French, Chemistry, Mathematics, Natural Philosophy and Astronomy) to T. P. Vincent, Univ. of Ga., completed course, Aug. 4, 1875, and an appointment of T. P. Vincent as 2nd lieut. Athens Guards, March 26, 1879.
